Multiple Distribution Lists

I belong to a number of Distribution Lists and would like to have my email
removed. Is there a way to query all Distribution lists based on the email
address contained in the DL?

Exchange distribution lists or Internet mailing lists? If Exchange, what
version?

Just go into the User Account properties in Active Directory Users and Computers,
go to the Member Of tab and select all the ones there an remove them.
