I am trying to add 2 accounts to my Outlook profile which contains my primary
Comcast e-mail account (call it Account 1). All 3 accounts are POP 3
accounts using Outlook 2003 and running Windows XP. My problem is that mail
sent to the 2 new accounts (account 2 and account 3) is not received. I have
looked in Account 1, 2, and 3 – no messages addressed to Account 2 or 3.
Account 1 messages are received in Account 1. When setting up the new
accounts they both passed the Test Account Setting test and claimed to have
sent a test message. I checked the Send Receive Groups and confirmed that
both the Send Box and the Receive Box was checked.
I am confident the new accounts are set up properly since I repeated the
exercise in Outlook Express and was able to send and receive from all 3
accounts properly.
Can anyone shed any light on my problem?
