Multiple e-mail addresses.

In my Contacts some entries have multiple e-mail addresses (e.g home & work); however when I wish to compose a new e-mail, Entourage only shows one address (presumably the default). When I was using Outlook I was always able to select whichever 'address' I needed; surely this can be done in Entourage?

If a contact has multiple e-mail addresses, you should see a black arrow
next to the contact's name when you type it into the recipient field; simply
hit the right arrow key, and you'll be able to choose which address you'd
like to use.

Hi Michel, thanks for your prompt reply. Unfortunately I don't get ablack arrow when I type in a name which has two email addreses. Also, in the right hand window pane which shows the recipients, there are only two columns visible, the name and the e-mail address; I would have thought that there should be a way of showing additional columns in the 'mail view', like you can in the 'contacts' view?
Any other suggestions?
regards
steve

Hi Steve,

the Address Book pane only shows the default address. What I don't
understand is why you cannot see the black arrow; please take a look at this
screenshot to see what happens when I start typing a name in the Recipients
field:

There's another possibility that I have never got to work, but who knows, it
might work for you. Let's say you enter a recipient in the Recipients field.
Click Enter to add him to the list, then ctrl-/right-click the entry to see
a pop-up menu that shows you both addresses and allows you to choose between
them. As I've said, this has never worked for me because somehow, this
feature removes the actual e-mail address from the list and only leaves the
name. If you can reproduce this error, I'll escalate a bug report to
Microsoft.
