multiple e-mail users on home computer

we have 3 home users on one computer. for some reason all e-mail is coming
into the main user (me). I can't seem to find how to direct each individuals
e-mails. the other 2 users are teens and their mail just fills my in box.
we use cox internet as our service and outlook. Thank you in advance for any
help.
