Multiple E-mails being Continually Sent Out

D

DonnaP.

I have a user who sent an e-mail (no attachment) to 30 people back on June
5th (we are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003). Three of these recipients
have let this user know that they have received the e-mail four or five
times. I checked this user's mailbox and confirmed that each of these people
were only listed one time in teh e-mail. I also checked Message Tracking
Center within System Manager on Exchange and queried this particular e-mail.
As it was searching, I received the following error: "The object
*************0*2***********200*******0*******00' in the message tracking logs
can't be found in the dirctory. The object may have been deleted. The
tracking history may be incorrect."

I checked the queue and did not find the e-mail stuck there. The user has
now also deleted the e-mail from her Sent Items and Deleted Items.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!
