Multiple E-mails being sent on Blind Copy Sending

I have an e-mail address list in Excel that I copy and paste into the BCC
section of my outgoing e-mail.
When I send out the e-mail, I press the "Send" button once, and for some
reason, the receipients receive the same e-mail three times.

How can I correct this problem?
