Multiple email account setup - Outlook 2002

How do you setup multiple email accounts without encountering what are called
"interlooping" errors ? i.e. Outlook 2002 mixing up id components of
different email account setups. I want to be able to use the more "robust"
Outlook, but have been advised that only Outlook Express handles this well.

Thanks for replying Diane. I have two accounts in one profile. The two
account setups tested fine when I originally set them up, but when I attempt
to send email out got error messages that the setup info was incorrect. I
spoke with my DSL provider (SBC) about this and they indicated this was an
interlooping error, meaning Outlook is confusing the account id info
(password, etc.) with each other. SBC indicates I may have to choose the
account I want every time by making it the default one before sending. They
also referred me to Microsoft for help. Thanks for any help you might be able
to offer !

Personally, I think SBC is feeding you a line of bull... unless the mail in
two accounts are stored in a shared mailbox online and can be collected
using the same user name and password. Then it's because outlook will
download all the mail (as it was designed to do) using one account... SBC is
still feeding you bull about interlooping though.

Create a custom view with the account field showing - turn off the preview
pane so you can see the fields better. Is correct account used for the
messages?
