I'm a new Entourage user, and I've successfully set up 2 email accounts. Inbound mail from both accounts lands in one Inbox. Is there a way to prevent inbound and outbound mail from multiple accounts from getting mixed? I'd like seperate sets of Inboxes and Outboxes.

You have two options.

The easiest is to create a Mail View (called a Saved Search in 2008). You
should see "Mail Views" in your folder list, control click it to make a new
one. Look for messages either everywhere, or just in your inbox, where the
Account is your chosen account. Create one for each account.

Alternately, you can use a Rule (Tools > Rules) to physically move messages
from each account into pre-determined folders you create.

Several people use this computer, and we have set up separate mail accounts. However, all emails are showing the name of the main contact as the sender. I am familiar with Windows Mail, and in Windows Mail you can choose a different display name for each mail account. I set it up with a different display name, but when others send emails, it ALWAYS defaults to the display name of the main user. HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

You can change the "From" name in Entourage. Go to Tools > Accounts, and
open the account you want. There, under "Personal Information", next to
"Name" you can type the display name you want associated with messages sent
from that e-mail account.

under the preferences, you can set the default mail account that is used
when you start a new message. there is also an option to either ALWAYS
use this account, or to use the account of the original message when
replying or forwarding.

When you start a message using entourage with more than one account
enabled, you can select the sending account from the drop down menu in
the addressing header next to the 'from' field.

to automate this task to a certain extent, you can use a script such as
my 'Set Account by Category' script at
