Switching from Mac mail to Entourage. Is it possible to have multiple email accounts for different people (e.g. mine, spouse, kids, etc.) in Entourage under the same identity? This is possible with Mac mail, which is nice option if all users are often checking mail on same computer.

yes, it is. Simply open the 'accounts' dialog (under the Tols menu and
create a new one.

I've tried that, but then email from all accounts come into the same inbox. I would like to have individual inbox for each user.

Ideally, each user should have his/her own Mac OS X user account (System
Preferences > Accounts). Then they can each run Entourage without seeing
or having access to anyone else's email.

If you enable "Fast User Switching" it's easy to switch User's to check
mail.

If you do decide to use one User's account and download all accounts into
one Identity, then you can set a rule that sends each account to it's own
Inbox.

Account Is (select account from popup)

Move Message to Inbox Account A

There is absolutely no privacy using this method. I highly suggest setting
up each person in their own User's account.

Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the
New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching. Very simple to do and
will solve a lot of problems.

Then these mut be POP mail accounts.

The solution is simple.

Create a new mail rule (under the Tools menu, select 'rules') - make
sure you create it in the POP tab of the dialog.

set the selection criterion to [is from account 'xxx'] and the action to
move the message to a subfolder of the inbox.

Make an additional rule to move mail from each account into a separate
subfolder of the inbox.
