multiple emails

um

I keep receiving multiple copies of the same email from a person within
my
company, this person can send me those e-mail anytime he want and as
many times as he want, how do we do that through outlook?

my friend just sent me 93 e-mails at one time, through his outlook acct

to my outlook acct, and now he sent me 8 e-mail at the same time,
containg the same message.
