Multiple entries in query just want one displayed

Access 2000
I have a query that I run against two seperate tables (Titles and Counts &
Subminnsions) that shows by title all the publishers that I sent the work to.
The titles appear multiple times since I have sent the work to multiple
publishers. I would like the titles to appear only once. But the rest of the
data to appear

From Titles and Counts the following fields Index, Titles and Counts
From Submissions the following fields, Publisher, Contact Name, Date Sent,
Date Replied, Result

Ex Work1 A Publisher etc etc etc etc
B Publisher etc etc etc etc
Work2 A Publisher etc etc etc etc
C Publisher etc etc etc etc

Use the query as the basis of a subform. Then link it based on the
duplicated field.
