Regardless of which method I use to import data into the
contacts folder, the outlook address book shows duplicate
entries, one for e-mail and one for business fax. The
displayed name for the duplicate fax entry has the name
followed by "business fax" in parentheses. When I then
send a fax cover page using the outlook address book, the
recipient then has the business fax after their name,
which is unprofessional. Is there any easy way to get
rid of duplicate entries in the address book, and have
the displayed name appear as that for e-mail. When I
delete the business fax entry in the address book, it
deletes the business fax number on the contacts folder.
I have 400 client fax numbers and do not want to enter
them by hand to solve this problem.
