Multiple error messages: ISP wont help

I'm getting multiple error messages and my isp Time Warner cable, blames
issues on Entourage. They say Entourage gets bogged down with multiple
accounts and times out.

Are they right?

Here are the messages:

An operation on the server timed out. The server may be down. Overloaded, or
there may be too much net traffic/ could not retrieve mail. Error 111
Time Warner says this is all on Entourages side, and Time Warner is working
fine. Entourage is timing out. Is there a setting to tell Entourage not to
time out?

Unable to find... (the current pop server name)/ mail could not be sent.
Error -17099

The server can't be found. Be sure mail server information is entered
correctly in account manager (which it is).......and your DNS setting in
Network control panel are correct/ could not retrieve mail. Error -3176.

All these problems I see every day, but are intermittent and cannot be
recreated at will.
Thanks

The Entourage Help Page lists error -17099; have a look at the description
on that website:

<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/error/page.html#error-17099>

Even though the other error messages are not mentioned explicitly, you can
find other errors in that same range of numbers (they are often related) on
that same page, so have a look at those error descriptions as well.

Thanks Michael, but the analysis is probably not correct, as I don't sent to
large groups.

Now where are the other two errors listed? Anyone know? Thanks.
