Multiple Excel Versions

Hi- I'm running MS Office 2K on my desktop, and recently purchased MS
Excel 2003 to run on a server. I needed the new version of Excel for
the enhanced Pivot Table function (we're using it to connect to an
Analysis Services OLAP database), but didn't want to upgrade the other
Office products at this time.

When I try to run the 2003 version of Excel off the server (from my
desktop), I'm getting an error message that says "The operating system
is not presently configured to run this application". Any ideas on
what I need to do to be able to run Excel 2003 without having to
upgrade the rest of the Office products on my desktop?
