multiple exchange mailbox accounts

i believe i followed article 291626 correctly, and i am able to get the inbox to show on my assistant's computer. when i try to have my assistant send a message on my behalf, it still does not show me. i don't get the from field to show. and ideas?

You can show the from field by using View-> From field in an new mesage

Try resetting the Toolbar.
In a new message;
-View-> Toolbars-> Customize-> tab Toolbars-> select Menubar-> press Reset
button
