Multiple Exchange Servers

My company is in the process of migrating from Novell and Groupwise to an
Exchange Server and Outlokk (YEAH!) My question is: Most of us have two
email accounts for work that use different exchange servers. Will we be able
to connect to both simultaneously? I am using RPC over HTTP to connect to
the current exchacnge account, and would like to continue this usage.

No, you need to create two mail profiles and I believe you can only
connect to one from Outlook one at a time. However, if there is a trust
relationship setup (I don't know how your administrators are setting up
the domains, Active Directory, and Exchange), you could very well open a
2nd Exchange account without having to use two mail profiles.
