Multiple field query

I'm fairly new at using Access. I've got myself stuck on something that I
think should be fairly easy. Here goes my example . . . a form containing
several list boxes--one box has Grocery Store A, Grocery Store B, Grocery
Store C. Another has apples, oranges, milk, bread, etc. I would like to
choose Grocery Store B as well as apples and oranges and have those records
open on click of a command button. I'm struggling finding the best way to do
this.

What do you mean by "have those records open on click of a command button"?
Do you have a form or report you are attempting to open?
