Multiple form "Activation" and "Opening"

I have a Design Master and 3 partial replica databases in Access 97.

The data base is a dispatching system. Once a service person has resolved a
customer's call he/she will calls the dispatcher to "resolve" the call.

The resolution is entered into the data base, by finding the data for the
original call and entering the appropriate resolution data on a form.

The system has a form (FCallResolve) based on a query (QCallResolve) which
is used to find the original customers call. The required call is selected
to show the details of the customers call (FCallResolveDetail) based on
"QCallResolve". Once this form is activated it opens the form
(FCallResolveEntry) to enter the resolution details. (These forms are all
linked by the "CallID").

This has been working for months. I have recently included an additional
field (the customers telephone number) in the Query "QCallResolve" as well as
on the form "FCallResolveDetail". After this change I as an administrator
can continue to use the forms as before in both the Design Master as well as
the syncronised replicas. The "Dispatcher" users can continue to use the
system in the Design Master, but they are running into problems with their
"working" replicas.

The problem that has arisen is that once they have selected the particular
call to resolve and can view the details (FCallResolveDetail, including the
new additional field) but on the activation of this form it is no longer
opening the form into which they are to enter the resoltion details (FCall
ResolveEntry). Once a user has run into this problem on the replica, I as an
adminstrator have the some problem in that replica.

The security settings have not been changed - I do not think this is a
security issue.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this problem?
