Multiple Global Templates & Adding people to a project

1. Is there a way to have multiple global templates?
2. If you have a project in PWA? how do you give a person that already has
access to PWA only access to that Project when they go to the projects page?

Multiple "Enterprise Global Templates"? No.

Multiple project templates that are available "globally" on the server for project managers to use for creating project plans? Yes.

Just wanted to make sure we're clear on the terminology of "global template" that you used.

The enterprise global template is just that, global. There is only one in any single project server instance.
