Multiple hyperlinks

Does Project 2002 support multiple hyperlinks. I need to link multiple docs to a task. I could use the Text fields, but the paths may confuse other users. I do not have proj server. Would it be easier to create a task for each document and use the provided hyperlink field

All suggestions welcomed
