Multiple IF's with an OR

Cell DQ contains a formula that pulls in the status of the item.

Here is my existing formula so far:
=IF(O2<=N2,IF(DQ2="Text1",IF(L2>0,"Yes","No"),""),"")

What I need is for the formula to be edited os that if DQ2=Text1 OR Text2
but I don't know how to do that in Excel 2003.

Try this...

=IF(O2<=N2,IF(OR(DQ2="Text1",DQ2="Text2"),IF(L2>0,"Yes","No"),""),"")

Remember to Click Yes, if this post helps!
