Multiple inboxes in Entourage with Exchange hosting

Hello,
We are mainly a WinPC shop (for better or worse) and have migrated
successfully over to a hosted Exchange 2003 environment for our email
needs. The only glitch is with a remote Mac user who has used
Entourage for POP3 email access for quite awhile. We sent him
detailed account creation information partially provided by the
exchange host provider, and partly by us, and what he now has is dual
mailboxes (multiple inboxes, multiple send areas, etc.) He doesn't
want that. My staff and I are not yet knowledgable enough to
troubleshoot this situation in Entourage. Can this user get back to a
single "inbox" environment, now just pointing to Exchange, or is that
impossible?

Thanks to anyone in advance for advice / assistance.

Regards.

He is stuck with the folder hierarchy labelled "On My Computer" - that is a
local store with a single inbox, outbox etc that is used for ALL pop
accounts.

If he has an exchange account he also gets a folder structure replicating
the arrangement on the server.

If he is only using the exchange account, he can 'collapse' the 'on my
computer' hierarchy to a single line by clicking the triangular toggle to
the left of the topmost item in the folder list. He can't delete it,, but he
can hide it in this way.
