multiple instances of contacts on pulldown

user has 4 instances of "Contacts" in the "Show Names From
the" dropdown.
3 of these are empty .. how do I remove them from the
dropdown list?


Note: this is a networked environment using Exchange
Server. Client is running Win2K SP4, Outlook for MSOffice
XP SP3.

Just remove the duplicate entries here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change...
