Multiple Instances of Outlook appear on Task Bar

I have a user who occassionaly has Multiple Instances of Outlook (2003)
appear on her Task Bar. She can not duplicate it at random and she swears she
is not right clicking to open in a new window. She is using a laptop,
connects to an Exchange 2003 server and has her account cached locally. Any
ideas?
