Multiple instances of same E-mail

When I download my mail in Outlook 2003, I get three instances of the same
e-mail message every time, regardless of the sender. I have five accounts set
up, and if I go to the account settings and click "test account settings" I
inevitably get three test messages every time, on whichever account I test.
When I check on my Yahoo mail server, there is only one e-mail. How do I fix
this?
