I don't need any languages other than English and would like to delete the others to save space. Is this possible? How?

Anything is "possible", just give us a little time to get out of the way
before you do this, OK?
No, seriously, I would not recommend this. The more languages you take out,
the more troublesome your Office installation will be in the future. If you
manage to remove them all, you will save about 20 MB
It's not worth
it...
If you must, run the Remove Office tool to take the whole installation out,
then put it back in using a Custom installation, and de-select the languages
you don't want.
I warn you: it will be a pain to work with...
