Multiple Link Bars on Same Page?

Greetings,

I'd like to use FP's built-in link bar features to create two link bars on
most of the pages I'm building for an updated Web site. I want one link bar
to connect to other pages within the Web site; I'd like to create another
link bar to build links to pages on the Web.

I've searched Buyens's book, the online help for FP, and this discussion
group, but I can't locate an answer to this question.

I'm probably not up to coding a solution, hence my interest in using FP's
built-in tools. I'm using FP 2003, and my server runs all the extensions,
including SharePoint, etc.
