Multiple linked forms

I am trying to break a list of questions in to 3 forms which I would like to
combine the results and email to a recipient. I can’t figure out how to get
the results from all three forms to be combined in to one email? Anyone have
ideas?

You would need Server side code to accomplish this. What language
(ASP, PHP) you need to use depends on what your Provider supports.

My host (1and1) quit supporting the FP extensions, so I had to find a
form-to-email script.

I found a really good one here:

It has a "multi-form" feature, and will do exactly what you want.

Its free, and also has a really helpful user's forum.
