Does anyone know the impact of setting two list separators using custom
Regional and Language settings?
I share a Word template with colleagues in Europe. Our custom Table of
Contents was created using commas as the list separator. For colleagues using
European settings, the TOC fails to generate unless we change their list
separator to commas in Regional and Language settings or edit the TOC to use
semi-colons.
I found a solution that works with Word. I entered comma and semi-colon as
list separators. It does what I need in Word, but I'm concerned about the
broader impact on other applications.
