We have a problem with the Outlook 2003 Professional client. The problem is
that we can't open some mailboxes. The setup is as following:
One user has permission to 3 different mailboxes. She can add all mailboxes
and the main folders are visible. Two of the mailboxes works perfectly, but
when trying to open the folder for the third mailbox she get the following
error message "This set of folder could not be opened".
She has all the permissions for the mailbox. If she changes to have the
problematic mailbox as her "main mailbox" she can use it, but the the other
two mailboxes have the problem mentioned above. The mailboxes are on
different physical exchanges-servers (I think, we are an outsourced part of
Ericsson, which have a bunch of exchange-servers) that are connected to each
other.
If she instead uses Outlook 2000 Professional instead as the client
everything works OK!!!!
We have updated the Outlook 2003 Professional with the latest upgrades on
your web pages.
Thanks in advance for a quick answer.
