Multiple monitor support different pages?

I have a two monitor system, with Word 2003.

I can get Word to show two adjacent pages in the left and right
monitors. However, I would like
to open two non consecutive pages. Is this possible?

Ultimately, I would like to have the two monitors behave similarly to
the horizontal split bar's
behavior, where each area is independent from the other.

Go to Window > New Window. This will open a second window containing
the same document. You can then put this second window on your
secondary display. Both of these windows display the same document, so
any changes you make in one window will update both instances of the
document.
