Multiple Names in one Box

Cindy

I would like to put all employees with the same title in one box. I also
want to put their individual hire dates under their names. Is this possible
in Visio 2007?
Thank you for your help!!

Hello Cindy
As you may know Visio has an Organization Solution with specialized shapes
that work with the feature. The shapes have certain functionality built-in
which allows it to behave in a certain way. In general you would want to
place just one name in each shape. However since there is nothing
preventing you from simply entering text in these shapes you can enter more
than one name for a shape. This is not recommended as you might have
guessed by now. You can always enter one employee name for each shape then
use the team frame shape to show they are members of a group or team. I
recommend that you download and test with the trial version to see if Visio
will fit your needs.
