multiple network users on one PC

Hi, I have just installed Office 2003 Pro on a number of Win XP Pro PC's as
local administrator.

my problem is... we have a Win2K server (running Active Dir) and each time a
new user logs on to the network and wants to run Office, Their Pc keeps
asking for the original Setup CD Rom.

is there any way I can install Office on each of these PC's so that any
Network user can access Office without the need to configure each new user
that logs on?

Is there any way of getting the Office short cuts to appear on everyone's
Start Menu by default?

I have tried designing a default menu in Active Directory but this slows the
logging on process....
