I have a user running Outlook 2003 in an Exchange 2003 environment. Prior to
this past Friday (11/13/2009), the user was able to see all of his calendar
events in Outlook as he had them categorized (color-coded I suppose you could
also say). Pursuant to coming in on Friday, the user discovered that many of
the calendar events were no longer categorized with the exception of a few.
It may be worth noting that the machine was forced to restart because of
updates that were sent down from Microsoft (through Active Directory). The
updates that were installed on 11/12/2009 were:
KB973704
KB973443
KB973475
KB975985
KB969947
I have no idea why the categories suddenly seemed to have disappeared. I'd
greatly appreciate any help or insight that can be provided regarding this
matter. Thank you.
