My company and I currently use One Note, and each of us has a separate
Version on our computer. At the end of the day, we pull out different
parts of each of our notes and put them together in a word doc to send
out to our other office. Is it possible to still have our own notes,
and also have a second Shared Note that we can all add to (skipping the
end of the day consolidation that occurs now). It would really need to
be separate because when you open up a new note file it seems to wipe
out the previous note.
