multiple organizations and 1 see a plan in a different org

I have posted a previous question about security and groups and I believe i
have it working. But I'm now having trouble with one organization in my
RBS. Here is the situation. I have many organizations within my RBS but
all of them have the top 2 levels the same: President and then Executive
Level.
Then for each org. the next 4 levels are: CEO, Exec, Manager and team
lead. Person A in org. ABC created a project plan, no people in all the
different organization can see it except for one orgranization. For some
reason they see the project (only the manager and above not the team lead).
I have doubled check the hierarchy and don't see problem. Any ideas on how
to figure out what is happening?

Perhaps someone in the "other organization" is assigned to a task in the
project.

The cause lies in Category settings for that "other organization." Pick one
of their users who is able to see the project that they shouldn't see. Then
examine the project-related category settings for each combination of group
and category to which that person is mapped. If you are using out-of-the-box
categories, then look first at My Organization.
