multiple Outlook Today folders

I have no idea how this came about to be.
I have three "Outlook Today - [Personal Folders]".

As best as I can tell, by spot checks, they are all
identical; it would be a herculean task to check this out
100%.

There seems to be no way via the menu-bar or right-click
to delete the two extras.

I would like to know what I did to get three and what to
do to delete two of them.
