Multiple Outlooks Running

I've noticed some odd things about my Outlook 03. Running XP SP 3.

I have two profiles - one is an IMAP, one is SMTP.

Starting about three months ago - don't know for certain - here's an odd
issue.

When I exit and restart Outlook, I get one of two things - usually. Either
NOTHING happens on restart, or it automatically restarts on the profile I was
last in - Select Profile drop box.

When I go into Task Manager, I frequently find two or three OUTLOOK.EXE
running.

Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Its usually the result of Third Party Outlook addins, fax,sync or other
software intergrated with Outlook, including AV software
