multiple page bordered header row table

i have created a template with a table that potensially spans several pages. I want it bordered and also i want the header row to appear on every page.

There is something wrong with the border though, when documents from this tempalte are printed. The bottom/end line of the table on each page disappears, and only the line at the very end of the table appears on the printed version. In print preview mode, the lines i want are all there.

Im using word 2002.

It might be you are placing your header/footer outside the printable area. Check the margins on the page setup to see that the header/footer is not greater than the upper/lower margin.
