On the File menu, click Print Preview. In the upper left-hand corner,
there's an icon that allows you to view multiple pages.

Hi, Danny,

If you set the zoom factor in the toolbar dropdown low enough -- about 30%
or less -- then print layout view will show multiple pages. Depending on
your screen resolution, you may see most of 8 pages at 25% zoom, and 36
pages at 10% zoom. Of course, they won't be readable, but they do give a
sense of the layout.

By the way, you can type any zoom factor into the dropdown and press
Enter -- for example, you can have a 28% zoom if that's what you like.

Thanks all,

I did not do it either of these ways. I think I must have hit a keyboard
shortcut.

Thanks anyway,

Danny

In Print Preview, you can select multiple-page display using the Multiple
Pages button on the toolbar.
