Multiple Page Word Document in Powerpoint

I am currently running Powerpoint 2000.
Is there a quick way to insert a multiple page document
into a powerpoint presentation. I would like to be able
to add a document and have it format so that each page of
the document will display on individual slides.
Is it possible, or does one have to copy and paste each
page to it's own individual slide?

It is a Word document.

I noticed the trick about saving as text file, but it
looks like this would only be effective if concerned about
only retaining text. The documents that I create (that I
am interested in transferring) have more complex
formatting.

Any ideas?

--A screen capture.
--Make a PDF of the doc, crop in Acrobat, then export an image and import to
Ppt.

Not the greatest choices....
