Multiple Paste Help needed

Hi Guys,

I have Several resource a,b,c,d..etc. And list of hours for each resource
depending on task they work on.

Is there a way to paste several units (in taskinformation -> units field )?

Example:

Task Design have following resources assign to it:
Design-Resource a
Design-Resource b
Design-Resource c
Design-Resource d

Each resource have specific units in hrs for design task.

Design-Resource a - 2hr
Design-Resource b -4 hr
Design-Resource c -5hr
Design-Resource d -6hr
...

I want to be able to simply paste my units rather than adding them one by one.

You can highlight multiple tasks on the Gantt view.

Change their task type by clearing the "Effort Driven" check box. You can do
this from the Advanced Tab on the Task information dialog box. (It looks
like a white file folder on the toolbar).

With those tasks highlighted click the Assign Resources Icon. Select the
appropriate resources and in the units column you can type the hours you wish
for each resource includng the unit of measure. If there is no unit of
measure (h) it will default to %. You can also do the same thing from the
Resources Tab of the Task information dialog box.
