My Outlook 2003 shows two Personal Folders and one Archive Folder in the folder navigation area. Both Personal Folders appear to have much the same information, with the exception of Contacts -- one has all; one has none. This causes a minor hiccup when attempting the access the Address Book in e-mail: it tries to open the Personal Folders/Contacts that is empty.
The obvious solution would be to merge the two Personal Folders so I don't lose any data (even if I duplicate and have to weed them out), then delete one.
Am I on the right track? If so, what's the easiest way to accomplish this?
Thanks!
