Multiple programmers on Design Master

Hi!

I am the manager of a large MS Access 2000 app. The
problem I have is that if two people try to work on the
design master at the same time (different forms /
queries / reports etc.) changes are not comitted. There
MUST be some work around for this that I have missed. I
have searched high and low and have found nothing.

Help please!

You can always make copies, and have each programmer work in his/her own
section of each, then import all of the changes into a master copy. Yes, it
takes real discipline, but that, for better or worse, is how Access works
now.
