Multiple Projects and 1 WSS site

we want to have 1 wss site per client and use it as project wss site for
multiple project for that client.
Can it be done with PS2003? PS2007?

when I try to change wss site adress for project2 to be same as wss site
adress for project1, i receive a message that adres aleady in use by another
project.

This functionality is enabled in Project Server 2007, but not in 2003. In
Project Professional 2007, at the time you publish a project initially, you
see a dialog asking you where to create the WSS site. It gives you the
options to create the site as a sub-site of an existing site, or to create a
new one. Hope this helps.
