Multiple Projects and Issues

I have multiple projects that make up a Program.
I would like to be able to have issues entered into a master project so I
can see all issues for the program. It would be great if the subprojects
would roll up into the master for viewing but it seems thats not possible.

Is there a way to have a column in the issues form that would allow a user
to select from a list of projects when they enter a new issue?

If there is a way to allow the master to roll up the issues from its
children I have not found it.

Hi Jotard,

Project Server 2003 does not give you the functionality you are after.
Sorry, but Project Server 2007 allows you to do what you are asking
