Multiple Queries one Report

I need to create a single query from the following queries that will allow me
to create a report of all fields from all queries.
QUERIES:
1. qrMSM(ModelNumber, Border, Config, size, spring, label, foamcore,
foamenc, pattern) there is only one of each item per ModelNumber
2. qrQfill(ModelNumber, Qfill)....there might be multiple Qfill per
ModelNumber
3. qrBfill(ModelNumber, Bfill)....there might be multiple Bfill per
ModelNumber
4. qrUphFill(ModelNumber, Uphfill)....there might be multiple Uphfill per
ModelNumber
5. qrPtFill(ModelNumber, Ptfill).....there might be multiple Ptfill per
ModelNumber

any suggestion will be appreciated. thanks.....
