Multiple question toolbar for voting

Hi,

I have 28 suggestions as buttons that I need to show for my voting responses
for naming a newsletter. The response buttons are too many to show all along
the top or sides of the screen. How do I make multiple line voting buttons?
I tried designing a form but I don't understand how that works. Can someone
help me?

I don't think you can.... Have you considered eliminating many of the
options? 28 is way too many - 10 is pushing the limits. Cut it down to about
5...

Are you putting the full name in the button or just numbering them and
matching names and numbers in the message body? That will allow more to
display, but again, 28 is way to many to choose from. You and a small
committee need to wheedle it down to the best of the best. If this is not
possible, use a web form, not outlook, for the voting. Then use outlook to
vote among the top 5 in a run-off election.
