Multiple rates for resources

We are implementing MSPS 2007 in a software services organization. We have
multiple resources working on multiple projects. These resources often fill
different roles on the same or different project and often at different bid
rates.

I am trying to use the rate table functionality for each resource to manage
the different rates but once set, i do not get the rate table displayed in
MSPP 2007.

Two questions: 1) what is the best way to deal with the multiple rate,
multiple project challenge, and 2) how do you use/select the proper rate
table in a MSPS/MSPP 2007 environment?

Hi FrankC
You are using the correct functionality in terms of the rate table. You
have to go to a view that shows the assignments in MSP, and then select the
correct rate (A-E) for each assignment. Try the Task Usage view, and insert
the cost rate table.
