Multiple recipient email confidentiality

What's the best way to send an email to multiple
recipients in a distribution list and not allow them to
see who else is has been sent the email? (using Outlook
2003)

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
